Seriously, I can't think of a more effective warning to keep people out.
(My previous favourite was "Caution: Machinery Stops And Starts Automatically".

Irma, it's a mixed area - this one was probably is an industrial building, but the area's mostly commercial these days. For what it's worth, there was no obvious 'outlet' nearby, and the mix of fonts suggests to me that someone's being funny. I can't imagine anyone intentionally mixing Helvetica and Arial, unless it really was an attempt to add to the impression of wastewater...
Toad, I couldn't have done it without my GH1. I've been thinking of updating my avatar - this could be a contender.
Zig, actually the signs near it read "No Dumping". Something of a mixed message, if you ask me.
