I took this with a 15mm lens on a canon 70d in Willsbridge, South glos. England.
I liked the colours but not sure about composition. Comments please.

I like the picture-- the rich color saturation, the textures, the unusual edges of the decking add unexpected interest, the lighting highlights, and the strong geometry (diagonals, rectangles) work to enrich the feel of the photo. If it lacks anything, it might be a center of interest to focus the viewer, which would move the image from a very good to great -- that said, I'd be happy to have taken it!

Seems a bit over cooked on my Monitor, what, if any, post processing. Ed.

Love the treatment of the boards and makes me want to see more of that. The rail seems a bit less interesting but the angles as others have said are attractive... Cheers Jeff

Looks great to me. However, I'd bow to Eds superior 'cooking skills' on the question of post processing.
