I got some new lighting gear this past week (umbrellas, stand, wifi release, off camera sync cord etc) and was playing with some self portraits.

This lef me to start playing with post processing and hating pictures of myself, I processed them the opposite to what i would for most, aging, over sharpening etc. A friends wife said it looked like Walter White, and that lead to this:

Canon 7DII & EF50mm f1/8 II, , 1/250's, F/8, ISO 200, 50mm.

This is awesome! I like the texture in the background, is that from postprocessing or is it from the background?

The original background is the plain white wall of my living room. that background is a very beaten up elevator wall I took a picture of for use in Counter Strike textures a few years ago. I just masked myself , removed the background and slipped in the texture, applied a 5% gaussian blur to it to simulate DoF, adjusted exposure and that was it.

I did in years past, or at least helped a friend by making textures for them.
