That's very cute!
Did you brighten up the left half of her face a lot (right sight of the pic as we look at it)? It looks like you got some artifacts there. If the lighting was set up that way, I think you can have a shadow in her face, you don't need to lighten it much so her face looks evenly lit.

I like what you did, but I see a redish line in the edge of the lit area, It might well be my monitor...
I would try to get an HDR image, as you have all the info you could work with 6 or 7 different exposures not to have it too much noise and to blend better the colors.
