Very nice shot. I wonder why the G-M logo is atop the Renaissance Center? G-M Headquarters used to be located on Woodward Avenue or thereabouts. The Ren-Cen is still a hotel isn't it? Just curious.

Thanks for the Detroit photo. It is wonderfully clear and brooding, as Detroit should be.

Here's one at night from Windsor across the St. Clair River.

The main tower is the Marriott but the whole 7 tower complex is owned by GM & houses their world HQ.

Before that it was at Cadillac Place on W. Grand Boulevard

Hi Kevin,

Why I ask, have I not seen these fabulous shots before today? Real high quality work to be proud of. Well done, if you don't mind me saying so?

Best regards.

Phil.

Thanks Phil, praise/recognition is always welcome. I'm happy you feel the shot warrants it.

Only the first one is mine, however.

The night time shot from Windsor is down to WDHewson

In which case my apologies to WDH for my original over-site, but the same applies to their work also. They also made a seriously good shot and should be commended for it.

Thanks, but no apologies needed.

In fact I'd be thrilled to be lumped in with with virtually any of the fine photographer on this site.
