Fly vs Fork

Got this pic while waiting for my dinner at a vegetarian restaurant. It was almost sunset and the late evening light was streaming in through the windows.

Is it polite to shoot photos of flies at the table?

The flies come from the dragon. Vegetarians sometimes confuse them with raisins.

Very nice - at first I was going to advise you to crop - but now I don't think so - the expanse of the menu really highlights the fly's size - I really like his shadow.
