Fogo Island Wharf at low tide
#1

Here's a panorama of my next door neighbor's wharf in the evening, taken long after the sun went down. The island you see in the foreground is the same one you have seen countless times in my postings, as it sits directly in front of my home.

In the far distance you can see a line of land; that is Change Islands. about 4 miles distant. Years ago there was a fishing stage on the end of this wharf. (a building used for the processing and storage of the catch of the day)

Three images taken handheld, with my Sony Alpha and kit lens, (18-70mm) and stitched together using Microsoft ICE.

There is a lot of detail hidden in the shadows.
A good panorama.
