I have a few of these, I call them "Orphans"
It happens occasionally when I accidently click the shutter whilst clipping the camera on or off the tripod.
I have a great shot of a concrete post with barbed wire whilst doing this !!

There is a face, I see a nose, eyes, and hair. Focus is a bit off!! Ed.

it was a old empty building with passages and rooms. eery feeling from the first, shot this throw a open doorway inside,
checked the image saw what you can see in the post. then i legged it.
