Little Boxes
#1

I reshot this structure yesterday. The previous attempt was somewhat boring, so I applied some postprocessing magic to make, what I hope, is a more interesting image.

The actural structure is a windmill sort of thingy with mini buildings attached.

So, I call it "Little Boxes in a Dream".

I love it! Is that a Topaz plugin?

Thanks, Toad!

No, it's not Topaz. I used Color Efex Pro, part of the Nik Software collection. Nik is amazing software! So easy to do so many things that are a royal pain in PhotoShop. I use mostly Lightroom and PhotoShop occasionally for its unique capabilities.

Thanks, Nia!

It was a lot of fun to do this. It was an exercise in making something, hopefully interesting, out of nothing much.

Beautiful work Dennis! To me they look like flying houses....
I like very much the detail of the grass (plant) at the bottom, as a contrast between the rigidness of the man made boxes and nature.

Thanks for sharing... Smile
