I think this is potentially a really strong image Don: I've been gazing at it and having all sorts of monochrome thoughts: I see it somehow as a "Jewish" or even biblical image, given the attitude of the subject's body, facial expression and positioning of children(I can't explain further, just a feeling-thing)...and that inclusion of the three wooden posts too: in some way suggesting symbolism of some sort.
Sorry to go on here...I'd love to have a go at processing a black and white version with your permission Don, if you'd be kind(and trusting) enough to post a larger version of this somewhere or even mail me it?

My son throws a scarf over his head when he takes the kids out in the sun. Yes the biblical image in implied. Thanks Zig.

Ah so! Thank you Don.
Er..so could you kindly mail me the original file, IF you're happy to do so that is? (I quite understand if you don't wish to, as I realise it's a personal and familial shot, but I'd be sensitive and heartfelt in any mono treament) If you do, then please send to zigreeder@yahoo.com

You have to give me your e-mail address, I can't attach an image to the mail through the forum.

OK Don(and all!): rather than hijack Don's thread, I've posted 2 versions of my treatment of this image on the "Post processing/Image manipulation" section.
Thank you Don for your kind permission: I was suitably engrossed for several hours exploring this! Big Grin
