Hi, Pavel! So you posted this in the critique section. I looked at the photo for a long time because you other photos have been great. I see a vertical pipe, a hole in the wall and a splash of graffiti. The exposure and all that stuff are probably fine, but I just don't understand how you were trying to tie the elements into in interesting image. Perhaps it's like a Rorschach test and means anything one wishes it to be. I that case you have likely succeeded. Matthew probably gets it.
Regards (and hopefully still your friend).....Dennis

To me, this is two pictures.
One with everything above the door, and the other, etc.

I like this one, and certainly could have spent plenty of time here. But I think Keith's idea is an excellent one, and worth pursuing. I can see the top section framed a couple of different ways - including one that I just saw, with it cropped so that the circle at the top is in the middle (vertically) of the frame. But to save a great deal of typing, here's a couple of ideas:
Personally, I think the lower composition is the more interesting, with the mix of straight lines and organic shapes. But that's just me, and I know I'm a little odd.

I like very much the first crop. I find interesting the composition with circles, squares and lines, the contrast in textures with the moo and white wall too. The grafitti is a nice touch.
Nice one Pavel..

Thank you all for comments and suggestions. It seems that all of you have seen it as two photos - why is that? I like Matthew how you split it. Why is that? This is not really my style and I know that this is still too busy for Matthew, but I tried to give it a whirl, just to try something outside of my usual box. Thanks for commenting. Pavel
