Just a few photos to show what I've been up to in the past six weeks:
Chicago, Panasonic GH1 and 20mm f/1.7:
Pastels, Nikon D700 and 138/2.8 Ai-S:
G20 rally, Olympus E-1 and 50mm f/2.0 macro:
These aren't particularly anything, but is just a few of the photos that I've liked from the past six weeks. I've put them in the Showcase instead of the Critique section because I'm not sure there's much to say about them as photos, but I like the mix of subjects and equipment that I've been playing with recently.

The G20 rally one reminds me of the series Uli 'wulinka' did with the little chinese figures.

Very nice Matthew.
I love #1, #3, and #4. Fantastic light and tones in all of them.

#3 is my fav of this series Matthew. I like the way you used light and shadow in the pole.

Well, I like #2 for the colours and the lighting.
I appreciate the selective focus of the G20 photo. The actual TV coverage of the "protests" was almost too horrific to watch. It bothered me for days. Matthew, I hope your shop windows were untouched.

Thanks everyone, it's been an interesting time - I was surprised to look back at what I had put together during what I feel has been a bit of a photographic drought.
