Mum and Niece
#1

Here's a pic of my mum and niece that I took a few weeks ago. I've played around with it in lightroom for hours, and while it looks good, for some reason i still think it could be just a bit better.

I'm just not sure the skin tones are 100% perfect. I'm just interested to see what some other people come up with.

Thanks

I have no cred as a portrait photographer and the experts here would probably do something about the skin tones. However I like it as a refreshingly honest photograph of two family members Wink

Thanks for letting us play ! ..

Edit : i forgot to tell you what i did , all i did was a glamblur action , erased the blur from the eyes ( there eyes tell a story ) , bumped up the contrast a little bit , and tried to lighten up the girls teeth a little bit .

Phlip's edit looks the most natural skin tones to my eye.

Great portrait!

Yeah, I agree. Phlip, would you mind PM'ing me and telling me how you got those tones? Thanks.
