That's a stunning shot, and it's handled beautifully. The focus and DOF are just right.

As a compositional note, I really like the way you've created a flower photo that's cropped tightly without making it into a figure study or abstract. The geometric background is also really striking. I keep going back to the photo and finding new things that I like.
