I took these two shots this evening. Another beautiful and colorful evening on Fogo Island, after a downright hot day! There's still lots of ice flows around my place, but even more open water, which means the commercial fishermen should be out on the water this coming week.

The second pic is just an interesting chunk of ice that was floating in front of my house; I liked the way the light was hitting it.
As usual, taken in very low light, ISO80, handheld.

I think the warf was shot at too low or too high an angle. The horizon gets confounded with the edges of the wooden structure. To me it doesnt look right. I think the photo of the small chunk flowing is wonderful.
