I like your post processing in #1. It looks like moder art painting!! Smile

Very beautiful colors in #2. I like the detail of the flower.

A work of art which did not begin in emotion is not art.

I really like number 1. The thin stems surrounded by a large mass of white give it a fragile appearance, which is increased by the fact that the leaves are now aged and are changing colors and have leaves in them. I think this is the best one I've seen from you on the site so far, though I know I have not seen all of yours.

I'm not familiar with your camera model. Is it an SLR? If so, it would help if your subject in number 2 were in focus. It would also help if you could some how blur the background more or make it simpler. Do you have a macro lense?

For number 3 I don't know what you were going for, but hey, that's alright.

Keep shooting. I hope to see more of your stuff.

D.J.

P.S. I'm new on here and somewhat new to photography so take what i say with a grain of salt.

Lovely work on all 3 of these, Don. Very controlled and artistic. #1 is particularly fine composition-wise and visualization-wise, and #3 is a lovely study of textures. Great post,. Don.
