I'm fond of drones, quadcopters and multicopters, and I think that first shot would look even more incredible from 200m above the ground. Smile Stunning shots, nonetheless!

Thanks all; as you say John 'not a place for sufferers of vertigo' and perhaps sometimes tempting I think only a fool would venture further than the fence line.

kNox - I agree there are some superb vistas to be seen from helicopters. Great examples in some of the nature and exploration programs on television.
