I can't imagine this sort of thing would happen in Australia...
http://www.news.com.au/story/0,10117,12394367-2,00.html Pretty big news at the moment: "RIOT police have arrested 17 people and seized a rifle today amid continuing violence sparked by the deaths of two teenagers in a stolen car. A teenage girl and a man were arrested about 10.40pm (AEDT) near the junction of Rosewood Drive and Eucalyptus Drive, bringing they number of people detained today to 17. Rioters meanwhile threw bottles, fireworks and stones at a line of police during a fourth night of unrest at Macquarie Fields in south-western Sydney..." Riot in Sydney Streets!
I saw the footage... it's very saddening. There also seems to be a fascination in current affairs programs about kids & teens who are out of control - parents not being able to discipline them because of the laws in existence...
Can't say I ever want to have kids at this stage.... |

I don't get it; they're blaming the police for killing those kids who stole a car and then crashed it while trying to get away?
