Very nice pictures, alastair!

I like your composition in all of them, specially #2. I find always a bit difficult to compose my picture in a square format.

By 'eck, I bet it's bracing up there at the moment?
Really nice skies Alastair: just right...did you use a grad here or is it a bit of d+b at the processing stage?

Post processing in PS, I applied a few gradients using "soft light" settings to improve the tonal range.
