Oooh, I found a free panorama stitching tool here. There's a paid version and also a freeware one, which was relatively easy to use (although not quite as powerful as the ArcSoft one which I used previously).

Here's what it produced of my shots of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.
