Picturesque, very. Could you have got the whole top of the building in, at the expense of the road? Try on with a bit more contrast, sharpen a tad, see which you prefer. Well noticed. Ed.

I agree with everything Ed has written. It looks a lovely old(?) building, and perhaps you might also include a bit more on the left. For me, it certainly does need a boost in contrast, plus some subtle sharpening.

Love the black and white, as others have mentioned I would like to see a small boost in contrast and a little light sharpening.
