Walking through Fremantle at night
#1

Just a quick snapshot I took while walking through Fremantle with friends last Saturday night. We were walking past the old woolstores covered in graffiti.

Panasonic LX3, 24mm equiv, f/2, 1/8th sec, 800 iso.

I'm not quite sure what prompted me to take this shot - I knew exactly how blurry it would turn out (I didn't even stop walking while I took the shot).
But still I like it. I need to shoot more like this I think - stop thinking and simply follow my intuition.

I like it too. Rerally grabs the mood...

Nice capture! I think it works because there's a small part which is in focus (in this case, the girl's face), and that happens to be in a good spot to catch the viewer's attention to draw them in.

ST has a great point - attention to the girls face is what makes it work especially well.

Canon stuff.

Greetings Kombi,

This really has that "Time Life" cityscape feel to it.

I like it a lot.

Exactly nice shot! It gives the mood of that moment! This photo has its own wind, whenever you look, you can feel the mood.
It is walking. Thank you,
