Which brand/model tripod does he have?

I've got the older model Manfrotto #055 Tripod, with a Manfrotto #136 mini fluid video head =P. Not exactly portable or for the 300d, but its stable and sturdy, and good for my slow shutter speed shots =P. Only difference between the newer and older model is weight i think, because my tripod sure don't feel like 2.3kgs =P

My accessories? apart from the 300d and kit lens, i also have a 50mm f/1.8 lens and UV filter on the kit lens. Smile

Seems like the 30D and the '50mm f/1.8' lenes are really popular =)

300D is quite Popular cause its one of the best value DSLR cameras on the markert more aimed at the Amatuer/Consumer market with its cheaper price ..and silver bodied finish ...

i wish i had a black body 300D then itd look more pro!

GAHHH! I wrote a message and my net broke when I submit it, so when I come back, its gone Sad~~
anyway, I was saying that the crumpler bags look very nice (and expensive), and I love the website, with the red button and chain onthe side.
Would like "brians hot tub" which can hold 2 camera bodies, 7 lenses and 17" notebook: suits me Smile but $320....

My advice is don't buy from crumpler dealers. I got mine for A$60 cheaper than cheapest retail, from the net.

Thanks lemangoholic for the advice Smile
I'll hunt around for one, onces I've got the money to do so Smile
I don't mind having one even if I can't fill it yet; the spaces in the bag will encourage me to fill it with gear some day Wink haha
*carries around uni*
because at the moment, if I want to bring camera to uni, I put it in my backpack which gets quite crowded with books, laptop, lunch Wink

What would you need those for? Wink

haha! I'm not at uni to practice photography Wink
Especially on rainy days like today, I don't bring my camera.
books, I don't buy, too expensive, I borrow from library Wink but heavy and bulky.
laptop, is to show off (lol!! jkjkjk, laptop is to use when labs are full or when I want to do STUFffFffff)
lunch is most important, and something I'm going to do soon, it stops me from being hungry! and I'm hungry now!
food food food! want food
I don't use a lunchbox at the moment, because once I empty it out, its just a bulk box taking up room in my bag, unless I fill it with something else Tongue
so my lunch gets all squashed.
And my laptop, its put in a file I modified with sponge to 'protect' it. At least a bag which has camera protection and laptop protection built in will be useful Smile haha

but it looks ilke once you put the camera in, you dont have quick and read access to the camera.
But it's good to put the camera away when travelling around.

nah but uni is a nice place to take photos even if thats not what we are ehre for ... ^^

Maybe you could get some toilet paper rools (empty of course) and get some lense caps and stick the rools in then the caps so it looks like you got heaps of lenses =P
