Sundays sunset up in Yosemite was pretty spectacular, there was a lot of smoke in the air from a raging wildfire.

wow.. that 2nd shot is just stunning Craig. I love the different layers of mountain, and the colour of them is just magic. That needs to be sitting on a wall somewhere

Both shots are untouched apart from cropping. No color work etc... and I would have to say that it was actually redder to the human eye.
I should of used a tripod and stopped teh camera down more, but I was lazy and just hand held these.

You were in the right place at the right time... and the best with your camera
Both pictures are wonderful.... sometimes you have a beautiful sky but the place is sad or uninteresting... Here the place looks great
