burst of green
got this one at a park a couple of days ago... sometimes you find interesting photos in the darnedest places. this was just a clump of horsetails growing alongside a drainage ditch, but it struck me how much these looked like fireworks on the 4th of July. sort of an abstract look, but i kinda like it...

Yes - just like fireworks. Great capture. Its true that you never can tell where your next fav photo might be hiding.
