The mouth looks a little too out-of-focus to me. It reduces the quality of the image.

Gorgeous light, good composition and your sister makes a beautiful model with a lovely expression.
If you're after a more "glamour" look then this photo might respond well to some subtle post processing (smooth the skin a bit and sharpen up some details, perhaps some selective use of levels layers with masks, etc). But there's also a lot to be said about leaving the details untouched to retain the character and "human-ness" of the person. As it is I think it is a beautiful natural-looking portrait.
