At the end we were in the tallest building of Istanbul, "Sapphire"... It was a great experience for me, I have never been before such a building like that, to see the 53th floor in the evalator made me more excited.... But the main part was in the terrace, my heart was going to stop when I went to the edge of the terrace... But then I got to used to see the view from this height. It was so beautiful... You can watch the city 360°. But I learned by this experience, needs tripod... It was so difficult to control the camera because of the wind... There was a very strong wind. I wasted so many photographs... And I should be at the top (there are two levels more and at the final top there is not window, almost open area but wind so bad) next time with my tripod... And also you will notice some spots on the photographs these are because of the windows... And also there was a misty weather covered the city sometimes... If you wish you can find more details and photographs in my blog.

This is a much different view of Istanbul than the world usually sees - a view of a vibrant modern city Thanks for sharing these. I learned something today.

Yes, dear Robert, I can guess, and I am glad that my photographs showed a different view of Istanbul. Just I wished to find the night blue colour before the sunset time. Maybe next time and yes, with my tripod. It was really problem for the wind, to control the camera!

Thank you dear Irma, this was taken in the cafe and from the window. I needed to take a little rest inside. Then I went out again.

The silhoette in the first shot is amazing Nia. All of them are great shots, but that first one is something special.
