Still no Heron, but I've seen one flying and landing at a spot where impossible to get on foot, I also saw two huge woodpeckers with red heads, (Not sure what kind) but much larger than Downies. They were side by side picking a log. Unfortunately my trombone is very weak in low light and even at ISO-1600 it was impossible to get a decent shot of them, plus they were in dens bush. Here is what I got you instead, enjoy!

They are all great, Love the frog and turtles especially.

Those turtles made me smile - but the frog is really nice.
