I'm in a nostalgic mood, so I went looking for a photo that's one year old.

Looking at this now, I think that it's the triangles that make it effective – the light area in the sky combines with the building and its pavers to create a dynamic wedge that adds to the tension of the scene.

Zig, since this photo has had a year to marinate, would you do it differently now?

Oooo...yes; I'd reduce amount of softening. I like the strong darks...and would maybe increase these just to annoy folks.
