Another old shed - Moriarty - Apr 25, 2015

Hi all, another tumbled down shed for critique please

RE: Another old shed - Freeman - May 7, 2015

Hi Moriarty I'm barely qualified to comment, but personally am looking for some kind of fancy chicken or some other feature in the front of this shot to draw the eye and talk up the scene. Also, personally I would crop out the rather modern looking wall to the left as it is IMO a bit out of context with the ramshackle impression of the rest, and it would benefit from a greater depth of field so that the rather super wooden post on the right could be sharper. Your theme of shacks and sheds is a good one though - plenty of scope there! Regards, Jeff

An interesting subject that would benefit from being in focus and have as mentioned in the last post, an aspect that draws the viewer into the image

Kind regards

Rolf
