Just trying to get to grips with compressing images for posting here.
This is one of the construction of the new Queensferry Crossing, over the Forth. It is due to be complete in a year from now, but that depends on this coming winter not being too windy.
The picture was taken with one of my Nikon D80's using my 70 - 300 mm lens set at 70 mm. 1/2000 sec, f5.6, ISO 125

Nicely done, I could see wind being an issue building that high.

I have just seen a report on the local news tonight, that the lift in the tower on the left of my photo, failed, trapping 7 workers at the top. Two of them climbed out and came down the outside of the tower. The have been suspended pending an enquiry!
