Flickr (http://www.flickr.com) is the best place I've seen yet. Though I've been too cheap as of yet to purchase a pro account. I'll probably do that eventually though, once I have enough money. :)

Nice soft lighting and background, there isn't much of a focal point though. It should probably be focused on his face, but even that is a bit blurry. (Along with his shirt.)
