What type of product, how big? Does the light have to be low, could you light it? What setting, background? Need more information to give a reasonable, informed, answer.

The 50 wouldn't be my first choice for portraiture, I'd be looking for something along the lines of the 85mm /f1.8 for a prime, though my favorite is my 70-200 2.8.

Love the image, was too crowded to get any decent shots the one time I was there.

I might bring the exposure down half a stop or so, add a little contrast and boost the colour a little, as MrB said, the blue seems a little light. Great image, love the composition.

I love the tones and textures in this, only change I might make would be to lose and inch or two off the top and make a panorama out of it.
