Personally, in the second photo, I would have cropped the lower bridge.
The view through the lower bridge gives the feel that you want to go through it.
Two bridges with the top one missing part of it is too congested

As I mentioned at the beginning, I felt that I had failed to capture the bridge satisfactorily but was pleased with the one photo of the view from it. Having looked at the photos several times since, I think I almost got it right with this one...
