Hi Don,
I replied to the effect that, I was seeing over processed and very over sharpened images and was wondering if it was my monitor or not.
But after reading your title again, I realized it was an abstraction.
So I withdrew my comment so as not to offend. Thanks for asking

I get that a lot. I guess I'm just into this kind of processing. I can't resist it. I know it's not for everybody.
