Recent Vacation
#1

During a visit from the UK by my Daughter, we travelled around Alberta and then headed to BC.. Kelowna on the beautiful Okanagan. We spent an hour or so at a local wildlife park dedicated to antipodean species... As it has been a while, I thought I would share a few snaps... all taken on Canon 1D Mk4 with the Canon eF 70-200L IS Mkll

Hi Craig!

Thanks for the reply... very much appreciated. The 70-200 2.8L IS Mkll is just a great workhorse... http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/68...8L_IS.html
I see it as investment... you get payback every time you take it out... but then for the same money you could go to Vegas for a weekend... that's like getting given a fish... the lens is like getting the net...

I would go for new and the Mkll.. you can get a decent Mkl for under $1200-1300 but unless you know the guy that used it, you cant guarantee it's life beforehand. I am always suspicious... why would you want to sell such a great lens unless you either done with Canon, photography, or there is something wrong with it...

Good luck in getting the need past your Auditor... :-) Look forward to seeing the first shots.. LOL!

Kind regards

Rolf
