Here is a shot of the early morning seashore. Opinions please.
Nikon D80, 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 VR lens, Manual mode, 1/320 sec, f22, ISO 200, 292mm lens equivalent. Lightroom 6.5.1, Nik Software.
Ask yourself, "What's most important for the final image?".

I like this one, John, and I prefer it to the mono seashore photo. The effect of the light on the water, and particularly on the wet sand, is very pleasing.

Thank you. Once again, this is an HDR creation, but using six exposures from the same original raw file. I used the original file, converted to TIFF, then from the original raw produced another five TIFF images, at one and two stops over and one, two and three stops under. I then merged these using Nik Software's HDR Efex Pro 2.
