Here is another one I would like opinion on. It was taken on the Isle of Skye, at lunch time, on a bright October day.


   
Nikon D80, Auto mode, 1/250 sec, f11, ISO 200, 120mm lens equivalent. Processed in Photoshop 2.

Ask yourself, "What's most important for the final image?".

First, a pic of this magnitude, should be seen as an A3, at least. Super tonal range.
I used P/S Shadow/Highlights, and Smart Sharpen. Ed.

I felt I had sharpened it to within an inch of it's life. And on my 27" monitor it is easily A3 size, even when reproduced here.

Ask yourself, "What's most important for the final image?".

John, the two features that appear to need adjustment for me are the colour balance and the very harsh contrast of the foreground:
