Both well executed. My favourite is the Teasel because I like the way the plant against the similar background colours. The point of focus also pleases me.

I suppose you already know about the regularly updated macro gallery at megapixel but here's the link anyway - just in case.
There are often some fascinating shots and ideas to be found there.

Thr place where I spend far too much time browsing the pix is Photosig - browse in there until my back is killing me at times!
There are zillions of pix on there so they have links to various categories - the link fort he macros is HERE -- the the entire site is worth watching as there are sometimes some mind blowing shots posted - also some brutally honest critiques at times!
