Pretty cool shots, Paul - #2 captures the action wonderfully - and #3 is just plain cool.

Thanx Rob.

I just recently got the 14-24/2,8 af-s, and im having a good time trying it out. Its a focal range that its totally new to me, but so much fun.

Im gonna use it at work first time next friday, shooting the interior of the "production" for a food company, should be fun. :-)

Paul, I love what the UWA lens does to the sky. I really like the shot of Sofia.

Are you using the 14-24 on the D3, and what do you think of it?

Your pictures are great Paul.
Lovely always to see your children... Wink

I also like a lot Sofia's picture... I like the story you tell there, and also the dynamism with the tilted horizon.

#1 and #2 are splendid, very nice light and great exposure. The black of the t-shirt looks great with lots of detail!

Paul, I've never understood the people who say that corner sharpness doesn't matter; they've certainly never used an ultra-wide lens where everything can be in focus. Certainly the 14-24 is in the top two or three for zoom lenses that go that wide. Big Grin

Uli, thanks for the endorsement. With all the wide-angle lenses around here, the assignment practically wrote itself.

Good to see you out and about Paul. Lovely shots and it's always great to get a glimpse at other cities of the world. Cool
That Nikkor 14-24 f/2.8 looks drop-dead gorgeous. Nikon's reputation for brilliant wide-angle lenses is obviously well deserved.

And if you look at the recent posts here, wide-angle shots seem to be the new black! They're just so in right now. Tongue Big Grin
