We bought a few packets of these. when new they are about 1-1.5 mm dia. You soak them in water for an hour or two and they blow up to about 8-12 mm.
Then you put them in a jar and stick some flowers in it.
Well I sort of oversaturated them just for fun. You can pull it to bits if you wish.

You OVERSATURATED? YOU? Hmmmm. I do not know what NT will have to say about that. I love the photo NT. Nice colourfull, full of nice highlights. I would like the photo a bit sharper. Pavel

Sharper? They are in a glass vase with water floating around them, so I don't think they could be any sharper than I have got them without introducing other artifacts. Sorry.
I just knew you was going to say something about the saturation.

You served a slow ball over the net. How could I resist slaming it in your court. Pavel

I am going to be watching the Olympics for two weeks (in HD on my 40" TV (ruddy showoff)), with time out for soccer, and a kite flying weekend (cut down to Sunday cos of the soccer), and putting up a new fence in the garden. so I may have to cut time on the PC down a little.
So if I am missing I have not taken the hump. (Umbrage, not fallen out with anyone.)
