f/6.3 1/800 ISO-100 250mm for the first one. The others are pretty much the same except for focal length and the Spit/Hurricane shot which was 1/1000.

Wow, and even at these shutter speeds you can still see a faint of shadow for the faster planes. Imagine the speed!
