He's a mangy lookin' critter. Looks like he's grudgingly enjoying the sun after being rained on for the last 6 weeks.

Ya, he was pretty dirty. They're just scavengers anyway. You got the lens correct too.
 Seeing how they always sit in the top of the tree.
