I like the crop - maybe even totally square would be more effective - I'm working with my new stuff (all unposted) in a totally square format and it's very nice artistically - square has a natural frame..

I like the straight horizon and the composition - a hair off the left and this is a keeper.

Now the negative: Superb leading line - to what? There is a clump of trees but...

Try to shoot this with something at the end - wait for a bike or a walker or have Joyce move on up the path 50 feet before you shoot. That's the only thing tis is missing is the "payoff" at the end of the leading line of the path.

Thanks Toad. Actually, even now I'm enamored with the lines of classic Prairie. I look for them everywhere.
