Brightness/Contrast: -11/+24 with a mask on the clouds (clouds not affected)
Brightness/Contrast +29/0 with a mask on everything but the clouds (only clouds affected)

Amazing and spectacular...

You can even see showers coming out of the cloud in the bottom left...

Nice job with the PP - the saturated colours really bring the image out.

i have done one but not sure if i have gone over the top...



have duplicated and did a maks with applyed a gradient (b/w) set to linear burn to darken clouds. flatten. aplyed a gradient blue to white and set to overly and set to around 50%
