They look pretty good to me. Did you do noise reduction on them? They have that 'creamy' look that neat image can sometimes give an image...
Its interesting all the different tones you got.

Canon 350D with Speedlight 580EX flash
EFS 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 II, EF 90-300mm f/4.5-5.6 USM, EF 50mm f/1.8

I like the sharpness and contrast in the third shot.

Did you consider a different crop to off centre the moon?

Canon 50D.

Nice shots! I remember trying to get some shots with my 10x zoom Fuji s5000, and failed dismally. Big Grin

I'd recommend using a tripod with moon shots...

Great attempt and Welcome to Shuttertalk. You would be much better off with a tripod but for handheld, these came out great.

Bore da, Dai!
Welcome. I do like moonshots; nice. Noisy Noodle's taken many lovely ones, so you might want to have a gander at some of hers.

My best moonshot is far behind from these ones. Of course, I can't get any excellent shots with my 3x zoom Canon. : P

But I like the third one the most. 4th is kind of over exposured to me and the tone looks greenish.

How fast was your exposure time/shutter speed (i'm still not quite sure, which one is better to use, because my EXIF reader has both variants)?

most of them were set fast
1st image was 1/320 sec
2nd image was 1/500 sec
3rd image was 1/400 sec
4th image was 1/250 sec
5th image was 1/250 sec

had my Olympus TCon 1.7 delivered 2day
just need the 55mm adapter now which should be here this week also

and decent clear night or evening
and i'll be alot closer then Cool
