I got also a picture of G... It was a quick shot because I wanted to catch the back light in his hair.... I am very happy with the post processing here because I could get a lot of detail in the jacket, while in the original picture it was underexposed...

Is it difficult shooting in those conditions? Does the meter get fooled alot?

You have to fiddle with exposure bias a lot, actually. It's much like on the beach, the camera tries to make the scene an average gray. So if there's more snow than dark matter in the picture, I set the exposure bias to around +1.
