Desert Landscape Part 2/4 - Figures
#1

Continuing on from Part 1 of this thread, this post contains shots of figures in the landscape.

I gave myself a few basic ideas for figure shots and then tried experimenting with them to achieve different looks. A great setting to be experimenting with this kind of stuff - I learnt a lot from it. None of these shots were posed (I only took one posed shot all weekend).

Thanks for the comments Smile

Uli, in shot #1 Rolf is testing the wind by throwing handfuls of sand into the air and watching how the sand gets blown around. He wanted to go hangliding, but there wasn't quite enough wind. I like the fact it's hard to work out what's going on, and to me it looks like a rocket taking off! Wink

Schell, the T-shirt Jana is wearing says "Make Your Own Dinner". Big Grin

I didn't get many photos of Jana or Ziggy on this trip, so I'm glad one of the few I did get turned out well.

HAHA I bet she would've needed that shirt too, being out camping with a bunch of guys Tongue

At first glance, I thought #1 was one of those jet trails you sometimes see in the sky
