I'm with Craig. Smile Great colour and sharpness. The slice of carrot really adds to the image.

Details.

Shot with my trusty Pentax *ist DS of course, Sigma DG 500 Super flash pointed back over my shoulder at the ceiling, Pentax 16-45mm ED lens, thats why I ended up in the peas.

The peas and corn were frozen, the carrot was fresh. I had added a little water so that I could stick it in the microwave oven to cook and thats why the surface of them is slick. That is also why some of the peas have the swirl or patch of white.
