I like a lot your composition in the first picture, very nice reflection...

It looks to me that it is a very lively city at night... always lots of lights everywhere...

Well, the VR helps on the lens - but it's still pretty much impossible to keep still. The long shot is 3/4 sec and the closeup is 1/2 sec. I'm lucky to salvage any hand-held shots at all, frankly.
